Male/ Female
Maximum age 35 years
Master Degree, graduated from reputable university with minimal IPK 3.00 majoring in Financial/ Investment Management/ Corporate Finance/ Business Management
Good English skills, candidate must have TOEFL Certificate with minimum score 500. IELTS is preferred at minimum score 5.5
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar job functions
Able to work in a team, project, and tight timeline (work under pressure)
Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Indonesia
Having Analytical and excellence problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
1. Analyzing market conditions and feasibility studies (FS) for property/residential businesses including development, commercial aspects and identification of business potential in all regions in Indonesia
2. Evaluate proposals regarding technical and business and financial feasibility.
3. Evaluate the results of the analysis with investment-related risk management
