Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Having minimum 10 years of experience in the same field

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills

  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details

  • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

  • Understand the overall market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand

  • Have broad network in indonesia property sector

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage the business plan and strategic sales strategy

  • Monitor the sales team production and activities through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Oversee the administration of the sales team concerning internal communication, filing systems, office workflow processes, inventory control and daily correspondences with clients

  • Monitor and supervise the gathering of marketing statistics, current market trends and implement strategies according to the analysis conducted
  • Monitor and control the database of the property ensuring regular updates
  • Recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance
  • Ensure that the sales team is trained to effectively negotiate with the clients to assist the property to achieve the necessary results
  • Draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments necessary sales promotion and packages
  • Participate in brand promotions and other group marketing activities as required to benefit the property performance
  • Maintain regular contact with the clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification
  • Pro-active in searching new opportunity/account in line of company strategic goals
  • Increase business occupancy and revenue and promote the identity of the property though maintaining a good relationship with clients
  • Manage the connection with corporate business entities both local and international.
