Nestled in a strategic location at the heart of the government district, would like to invite you to join the Professional Program as Banquet Executive Sales in our company with the following information:
Requirements
- Male/female, max. 35 years old
- Min. bachelor degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
- Min. 2 years experience as hotel sales or marketing, preferable in hotel group
- Coordination and handling Banquet specially Wedding & Corporate Event
- The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
- Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
Responsibilities
- Develop a banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets
- Coordination of sales activities to ensure maximaziation the total revenue
- Generate new revenue opportunities for all revenue streams to meet or exceed the annual revenue objective
- Ensure that guest request accommodated by sales team, well notified on contract and well informed to operation team
- Maintain relationship with loyal customer and new customers
- Set clear monthly objectives and do self daily and monthly sales report
- Update all daily sales activities, company profiles and contact people
- Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly
- Monitor and regulate all banquet activities
- Control the running of the exhibition and meeting pairs according to the annual work plan
