- S1 Engineering/Economics/Business Management or related field
- Min. 3 years experience in the same position
- Expertise in mall business operation
- Expertise in mall business valuation
- Have a great relationship with F&B and retail groups
- Having a good analytical, negotiation, and communication skill
- Well groomed, Loyal, Honest, & Hardworking
- Placement : Bekasi, Surabaya, & Balikpapan
Responsibilities
1. Running the mall business operational based on business feasibility study and in compliance with the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Developing and monitoring the business mall's operational strategy to achieve marketing, sales, and profit targets.
3. Ensuring that the brand tenancy-mix is in line with the target market segment and mall concept.
4. Selecting the right business partners based on business valuation planning.
